美国胸科医师协会（ACCP）于2012年2月7日公布了第9版《抗栓与血栓预防》临床实践指南，发表于《胸》杂志的增刊：Chest 2012, 141（2 Suppl）。

与上一版指南（2008年发布）相比，新版指南更为简洁明了，首次加入了关于深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的诊断章节。
